CBI Systems first opened for business in 1994 with the pledge to honor the old adage: “The Customer is always right” and with the understanding that:  “One happy Customer will tell five people but an unhappy Customer will tell ten”.  CBI systems blends the personal service with highly professional service to give our Customers not only superior work but a name and face for every job. Our customers range from blue-collar homes to multi-millionaires and small mom & pop stores to multi-national corporations we treat each customer as if they are the most important one we have because they are.

Glenn Waltz is one of the original founders of CBI.  His background includes the United States Marine Corps serving in Vietnam and law enforcement with 26 years service.  He is a past president of the KBFAA and active in the association. 

Dwayne Downing has been the lead technician and a part owner of CBI since 1998.  His duties include all energy and automation programming, job supervision and inspection, system diagnostics, system design, audio video set-up, networking and surveillance systems. 

Josh H. came to CBI in 2006 from a nation-wide cable communication company.  He brings knowledge of networking and cabling and has become a valuable asset to CBI and learned all the disciplines needed for basic security, automation systems, energy management and retro wiring of homes.

Don D. came to CBI in 2007 he is well known and respected and extremely knowledgeable in DSC security system installs and problem diagnostics.  His specialty is retro wiring existing homes.  He was previously employed as lead technician at “Southern Indiana Security” and was involved in most of their security installs.
